Library
Save your graphs to a personal library that persists across sessions and projects. In Free you keep up to 5 graphs in each tool - trash one to make room, or go Pro for an unlimited library. Nothing is ever deleted at the cap: existing graphs always open, edit and save.
Saving
With a graph on canvas, use File → Save or Ctrl+S. Choose a name and location. Files are saved in the .gdeck format: a structured zip archive that bundles graph data, thumbnails, and assets together.
The .gdeck Format
.gdeck files bundle the graph data, thumbnails, and assets into a single file. They're compact, portable, and can be shared with anyone who has GraphDeck.
Organising (Pro)
Create folders in your library to organise by project, system type, or however you prefer. Tag files for quick filtering, sort by date or node count, and set a custom library location. The library panel on the left lets everyone browse and search; the organisation layer is Pro.
Autosave
GraphDeck autosaves your work periodically, in Free and Pro alike. If the app crashes, a recovery prompt appears on next launch offering to restore your unsaved work.
